Eventually we would incorporate? (not sure exactly what that means..but it was said in our last meeting)

+For example: raw land $ 160,000  divided by 4 couple = $40,000. What is a typical down payment? We would also initially split the down payment which is part of the $160,000 right? (Dave and I would borrow the down payment amount from our parents). + Dan/Ayla, Sam/Gar, Jenna/Dave split the balance ($40,000 /13,000 per couple)

+ We figure out a long term "pay back" strategy to Dan/Jill - ie: we pay them rent until we hit the payoff amount.

+ this scenario makes it so jill/Dan are the “bank” right?  This way dave and I would not have payments to the real bank or our parents. We would just need money for monthly payments to jill/Dan and our rent in the ridge OR money towards structure on our plot.
