Rodney we can't thank you enough for stepping in and supporting our team so well through some challenging transitions. Your support and encouragement made such a big difference to everyone, and we hope you know how much we appreciate you. Thank you too Rodney for supporting me so much during my first 2 weeks, it has made a big transition for me so much easier and gentle. We hope you enjoy getting more time back but will also stay connected with us!
