O=geen aanslag op de canule, een schone insteek.

Dit is een hele specifieke vraag waarop het lastig is om de goede artikelen (als ze er al zijn) te vinden.  
Ik kan je Pico iets aanpassen, maar deze was al voor een heel eind goed:
P= patiënt met tracheacanule (liefst >65, maar vraag me af of het zo specifiek hoeft)
I= verzorging met een gaasje achter de schede
C= verzorging zonder gaasje.
O=geen aanslag op de canule, een schone insteek.

Qua zoektermen is het nu zaak om de goede te vinden: tracheal cannula (gevonden met google scholar) bijvoorbeeld. zoek naar voorbeeldwoorden via googel en gs dan in pubmed verder opbouwen.
