A thesis sentence has to contain two parts:

My audience: People having trouble focusing when learning a new concept or studying for a test.

My general Topic: Benefits of classical music in learning.

Thesis Statement: Listening to classical music helps people focus and relax when studying for a test or learning a new concept.

My audience: For people who have mental-health problems

My general topic: If you work more than you rest, your body does not have time to restore strength and the resource state is disturbed.

My audience: The people who don't care their health but focus on earning money only.

My general topic: Health is always the priority for us.

The thesis statement: No matter how successful you are in your career, no matter how rich you are in your asset, health is always the priority for you.

My purpose:Because I suffered from this condition.

My audience:people how are living in war.

The war in developing countries has significant Side effect on the new generation’s mental health  .

My purpose was to teach humanities students mathematics.

My target audience was students of the humanities.

When I taught mathematics to students at the University of Culture and Arts, I tried to convey to this audience how important it is to write detailed mathematical calculations for understanding certain sections of mathematics. Many students of non-mathematical specialties do not want to write theoretical material on such branches of mathematics as integral calculus, differential calculus, mathematical statistics and others. However, when you write mathematical definitions, several types of memory work in your head at once and logical connections are born. Then the students begin to decide consciously. And only in this case there is a memorization and understanding of the material for a long time. Mathematical material remains in memory and, if necessary, students can apply this material to solve mathematical problems.
