Today is my first day of my working day for SIEP 2. I work at Mawar Villa, Batu Hitam Kuantan. Mawar Villa is one of the hotel that popular in Kuantan.  I work from 8.30am until 5.30pm. 
As the first day at work, my manager brief me what should i do for my work.  He also teach me how to operate the computer for keep in data and information about the guest booking. He also told me to use proper attire during work. My second day, arrive at villa 5 minutes before i need to punch card. I had been told to keep the floor clean everyday so i beginning my day with sweeping the corridor around the villa. After that, I continue my work as what i did yesterday. At noon, my manager told me to cook for lunch. So i cook while they go to mosque for Friday prayers. It’s the third day of working, my manager want me to learn something new. He ask me to try speak with the customer by phone for ask them about their confirmation for their booking. To make the conversation smooth, my manager first tech me the things that i can do and cannot do during the conversation.

 As usual, i soon as i come to work. I start the day with swipe the floor and learn how to tidy up the guest room. Then after lunch, i do my duties mopping the floor and cleaning the dust. Usually the floor will need to mop twice a day.

Every morning i start my day with swiping and mopping floor but today my manger told me to in charge on reception part. I had been told to receive and greet any guest and answering telephone calls. I also need to make guest registration, cashier work, keeping records and key control as well as mail and message services. Even i need to face many customer behaviors, i think that this is my biggest experience during my working time. I really happy because i can handle it even it was assist by my manager. Now i had been catch their trust on me.

Today was the sixth day of working, the weather was so very cool. The rain fall heavily during the all day. I beginning my work with making brooches for the wedding package. The items included on the package is the arabian canopy, table and chairs, and 10 deluxe room for RM 5000. I also have make a new pricing for the room which is starting from RM130 to RM250 for weekday and RM150 to RM350 for weekend.

We beginning our working day with meeting. My manager told me to join any platform that Asean people always use to find a hotel or place to stay. After the meeting i start to find how to join the platform for introduce our villa to others around the world. Today we received a group of guests from SEK MEN KEB BERA. All room are full with the guest. They arrived at 2 pm for check in, i work as receptionist which is i need to give the customer room key and check their name in the list given. SMK Bera comes to make family day at Mawar Villa. Usually, Mawar Villa is the best choice to stay for Family Day programmes. Most of guest come to Mawar Villa for have a Family Day with their family or teammates. At 3 pm i change the shift with my friend and start to prepare a marinated chicken, lamb and fish for BBQ dinner.

Today i comes to more earlier than before because i need to prepare drink for guest. I comes at 7.15 am. I and Jijie make a coffee and tea for guest. Food for breakfast has been order so we don’t need to cook. At 7.40am we serve the breakfast for the guest. The enjoy the meal until 10 am. At 10 am we prepare lunch for the guest. I had been taught to prepre the ingredients for making meat curry, “sayur goreng” and fried chicken. Today is my last day, I feel so happy but also sad because im happy working with them and today is my last day at there. So i start my day with swiping floor in every level then i tidy up the guest rooms until 2 pm. At 3 pm I continue my work at reception desk.
