Coments by Kevin Leonangel Ascanio Pérez

Good evening, my friend. I hope you are doing well. I noticed that you gave in-depth answers to the questions raised in your problem. It is vitally important to balance the levels of English in order to be able to take the course in optimal conditions. You spoke clearly about the problems in developing the 4 English skills. Can you take a little more time to continue with this learning process? Be motivated to improve. A hug.

Deisy Rodriguez coment by The following are the responses to the queries as stated in the guide:

In order to effectively tackle the situation, I would advise outlining tasks in more detail and using easier language. Adding visual aids can also improve comprehension. To make sure everyone is aware of what has to be done, it could be beneficial to check in with the kids more frequently. Asking someone directly whether they need assistance or if something is unclear is a good idea if you see that they aren't participating or seem bewildered. This method creates a welcoming atmosphere where everyone may participate in the activity and ask questions without feeling awkward. Furthermore, holding a quick feedback session following an activity could yield insightful information for ongoing improvement.
coments by Yony Nayid Ortiz Arenas I see that you have organized according to the instructions to make the video. We have all had incidents in our teaching process, but the idea is to improve our teaching process more and more.

Coments by Deisy Rodriguez In my opinion, when teachers do not have authority in the classroom, it can create many problems. Students may not listen to the teacher, and this can make it hard to learn. For example, if a teacher asks the class to be quiet, but students keep talking, it is difficult for everyone to focus. A teacher needs to be respected so that students understand the importance of learning.

I think a lack of authority in the classroom can lead to a noisy environment. When students do not follow rules, it can be hard for the teacher to teach. For instance, if students are playing games or using their phones during class, they miss important information. This can affect their grades and understanding of the subject. Teachers should find ways to gain respect and keep control of the class.

When teachers do not have authority, students may feel free to do whatever they want. This can be fun for a short time, but it is not good for learning. For example, if a teacher allows students to talk during lessons, they may not learn the material well. It is important for teachers to set clear rules and expectations so that everyone knows what to do. This helps create a better learning environment.

I believe that a classroom without authority can become chaotic. Students might not take their studies seriously, and this can lead to poor performance. For example, if a teacher does not control the class, some students may not do their homework or pay attention. It is essential for teachers to establish their authority to help students understand the value of education and responsibility.

In my view, a lack of authority in the classroom can make students feel confused. They may not know what is expected of them, which can lead to frustration. For instance, if a teacher does not give clear instructions, students might not know how to complete their assignments. Teachers should communicate their rules and expectations clearly to help students succeed.
