         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>3-What effect did Russian involvement in WWI have the Czar and military? </strong>The effect of the involvement of Russia in WWI was negative for the czar because he lost the support of his country. The war had dragged on for far too long and this had caused the downfall of the economy of Russia. The citizens of Russia had been going through famine and that resulted in the withdrawal of support from the country.</div>]]></description>
