At the start I felt a little nervous with a-lot of new faces around the room, however once we got into the swing of things everyone definitely made me feel more comfortable. 
I actually became myself part way through the class and got to know some new people which was nice.

I think i spent a lot of time making my way to the class and then walking in was pretty daunting, however after we played some of the introduction games i became a-lot more comfortable.

I had access to multiple different arts such as dance, drama and music. Through high school i participated in dance concerts and took part in drama / theatre. Having access to a great arts program throughout my schooling career has influenced me to continue the promotion for better promotion / time that students have within these subjects. Arts is the subjects that i was always excited for in school and would love learning about. These 2 resources can create students to imagine people, humans, friends the list goes on. Drama also works well in a way where students foster a creative atmosphere, which allows team members to question and brainstorm in a non-judgemental way. I hadn't done any miming since high school in drama class. i found it very interesting the way that you can express yourself / your body and how that creates a way for the audience to really believe what is happening. You can get students to freeze frame in certain statues to represent a certain aspect of the drama elements. We also learnt the importance of the name games at the start of class, almost like an ice breaker - to get all the students engaged and on their feet. It lets people interact with all students and its a great way to get students to know one another name. For example, group work when working in maths, group work together can help students learn off one another and this is how many people learn, especially students in primary ages. It is important that as pre service teachers that we expose students to the arts in education and the perks that it can have in their learning. In fact the arts can benefit students from a young age in many different subject matters. It can help reduce stress and anxiety levels too! One of the main factors around the Arts in Education was the different learning styles that the students have and how arts can benefit each of these learning styles, for example auditory learners, kinaesthetic learners etc. Arts involves dance, drama, singing, acting, miming and these all get students up and out of their chairs and the generic class environment.
