2) Most of the activities we did in today’s session are very useful. I want to use them but of course the number of students are important.for example class memory quiz is very useful and enjoyable for students. Most of the students have not useful backround about learning English so they hav not enough knowlegde about grammar and vocabulary. On the other hand some stronger students have anxiety about making mistakes. Also because of these problems teachers or lecturers do not speak English every moment of class. It is very important to be exposed to the language one is learning.But it is not possible everywhere in my district. Thus it is not just about one thing. 
Speaking wishfully,exposure students a new language and the educational backround of students are ver important while teaching speaking of a new language.
2)In my opinion,all ideas and suggestions will be useful for most of the problems. For example,paper slide,voki,survival will be useful for the students to speak new language. Visual metarials can be attractive. If the student is shy,voki will be a good solution to speak English. The important thing is to use this applications and activities  according to the level of students in our classes.

We start with asking simple questions about their preferences. For example; Are you Cat or Dog? Summer or Winter? We will ask quickly and the students malae choice. 
Then we will ask some meaning of vocabulary which are in the text like decision,coolheaded. 
As a pre-reading activity we also write these vocabulary on yhe board. Also we will write some idioms about decision such as ‘take it or leave it’, don’t stand in the fence’
In while reading,as a gist we will add some another multiple choice questions and true-false questions.some questions will be added such as  which one is important; taking decision quickly or for a long time?
At the end we will ask some more questions in post reading task. Because the reading text doea not have post reading activity. The activitr ia totally about grammar subject of the unit. So we make some dabate about the text by asking questions. 
2) I think everything we learn today is very effective. All my colleagues can use most of the activities in their classes according to their level of students. As a teacher we have many problems while studying reading text. One of the reason for that is course books’ context about reading part. Some of the reading text do not have effective gist task or detailed task. So they can use posters,role play activity,jıgsaw activity. It will be very effective for reading. I like the activity we did today. I cant remember the name of it. But we have a runner and notebook,we find answers of questions in a quıde and try to be quick. My colleagues can fınd it enjoyable and useful for reading activities. Because quick and functional writing is attractive and effective enough for young learners. With a long text they can get bored,so small part of it or short paragraph will be more attractive for the students. I can add real life activities such as watching video or funny games. Then students feel more comfortable and willing to write. Because the topic will be current and close to their life. Thus, snack writing will be better than the other approaches. 
2) In PDC meetings I want to use all we have learned today but some of them will be more attractive and effective for them. For example posty posty is very funny and useful. It is a snack writing. 
Another one is gallery walking. One of the most effective one is teaching vocabulary with memory games. Because it can be useful for both weaker and stronger students. With games we can use hard and easy words in our activities. We can also use TPR and pictures. So we can check how the meaning is conveyed. After the game we can make repetation of the words to make it clear and memorable.If the learners use the words with funny games or practice them  in some interesting ways,they can ensure adding those words to their to their long-term memory. We can add new funny and silly details to get their interest. Because in our education system students are like in a competation. Most of our assessment is examination of our students knowledge. Of course we have reccomemding,prasing,encouraging feedbacks to our students. We can improve our approaches to assessment in our area for all skills. It can be possible with being aware of what is the context,the level of students and aims of the progress. 
3)First of all , being in this education is incredible for our development in teaching English language.  If we are eager to be with other teachers in PDCs meeting and encourage them to learn new things,all development community will enlarge quickly and effectively.
