It involves embracing, admiring as well as respecting the wildlife environment. Examples include hiking, camping, stargazing, etc.

Urban travel refers more to the well-developed parts of the continent, where people experience less of the wildlife but more towards activities such as shopping or experiencing local cuisines.

I guess if you would like to spend more time shopping you should go during the summer(1 Dec- 29 Feb)  or during late winter as those are when major sales come about
 
 Nature Travel - The best time for nature travel in Africa will definitely be from June to October as it will be the dry season, thus more animals will gather near water sources and it will be easier to find them

The literacy rate in Sub-Saharan Africa in 2020 was around 65.8%, which is 20.9% lower than the world literacy rate (86.7 %). The low literacy rate will affect the tourist experience due communication barriers. 

Gender inequality
Women in Africa lack economic empowerment and education, leading to harmful practices towards female such as child-marriage, gender-based violence and the lack of safety. The lack of safety for women might be a concern for female tourists if they want to visit Africa alone.

Agriculture 
Agriculture is the most important economic activity in Africa, providing employment for up to ⅔ of their working population and each country contributing to 30 to 60% of gross domestic product.

Music of Africa
Drums and singing are common in traditional music in southern Africa. Instruments like the thumb piano and rattles constructed from dried fruits or vegetables with seeds inside.
