I started business management a few years ago, I ended up quitting York Technical College in 2011. I became a full time assistant restaurant manager, as it took a ton of my time management away. I ended up growing with the company and became General Manager of the restaurant. As years went by I became a wife & mother. I kept telling myself to finish College; since I only had a few classes before I got my degree. I ended up pushing it off and worked long hours as a manager. As I saw my son growing up, I told myself I did not want to continue in this path. I ended up leaving the company and started to talk to the career counselor. I am now back in College taking my last few classes online. I would love to work an amazing typical Monday thru Friday job. I hope to improve my communication skills to better myself in a great career path. I am still undecided with what kind of business I would like to own. I am passionate about a few things and I need to give it more thought. As becoming a business owner it has a ton of perks along with some bad perks. Being your own boss is the greatest feeling in the world.
