         <title>My Health Status</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Overall I would say I am a pretty healthy person mentally and physically. Some examples of wellness include, social, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational. I believe I have achieved each of these wellnesses. Social Wellness is defined as "The ability to relate to and connect with other people in our world" (iBook 2). I believe I am able to do this because I have many friends from different cultures and financial backgrounds and I am able to connect with each of them. Intellectual Wellness is defined as "the ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences" (iBook 3). I also think I do this because I try new things all the time with my family and friends! Finally I believes I have achieved spiritual and occupational wellness through going to church and playing sports. Overall while I could work harder at each of these wellnesses I believe these are a couple that I have achieved and are a huge part of my life. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Some Wellnesses I Could Improve Upon</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe I could improve on my emotional and enviromental wellness. Emotional wellness is described as "the ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life brings us." (iBook 2). Everyone, I think, could improve upon this field. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by things and get stressed out, so I could really work on this. Finally environmental wellness is defined as "the ability to recognize our own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the land that surrounds us." (iBook 3). I feel that a lot of others and I struggle with this, and I would really like to work on this. Overall these are a couple wellnesses I could improve upon. </div>]]></description>
