Yes, the government will set a minimum wage. It will be $10.5. $10.5 is sufficient because this way if they work 7 days a week for 8 hours and take a weekend off each month they would make $2,436. It costs roughly at the lowest for a single adult to live $2, 371 per month. This would be the absolute federal minimum wage, but each individual state could raise it. People would need a little bit of spending money to treat themselves after working so hard.

The government will subsidize agriculture. Most people don’t want to farm, because other jobs generally pay better and are easier, but it makes the farmers time worth it if the government is paying them for the crops they harvest. This helps farmers who might not have made a lot of money for their crops locally, but if the government is buying it from them, then it gives them a steady income.

The government will spend 9% of their revenue in science, because with science it will further America and it can help us understand how to become sustainable without wasting to many precious resources. Science will be the future. The USA would spend 6% of its venue on Veterans' benefits, Housing and Community, and the Government. Veterans fight for Americans and risk their lives, so it is important that we invest on helping them when they come home, and the government hopefully makes everything run smooth so they need funding as well. Community and Housing is important, because Americans need to feel safe and people should have a house to go home to. 10% will go to education, because by further investing in the younger generations' education we brighten the USA's future. As in previous years food and agriculture will use 1% of the government's money and transportation will use 2%. 4% will go to social security, unemployment, and labor while another 4% will go to energy and the environment. 5% will be put into international affairs; this way America can keep being friends/allies with many countries, so if a need arises we have backup. 7% on medicare and health; if Americans are sick or unable and they cannot receive help they will become unhappy with the way the government is running things. Lastly 40% will go to the military. This will be spent to protect the USA from attacks and to go and help other countries from being attacked by others.

The government will make it possible for everyone to have an opportunity to be successful in life. They will do this by providing many public schools and people will be able to enroll in online classes to further their education. Ultimately however it comes down to effort. Like Adam Smith said "labor is the source of all wealth". If the person does not work hard then they won't succeed. The government will have a set federal minimum wage like previously stated, so no one is receiving too little to live. It is illegal to turn someone away from a job, housing, or buying something from a store due to their race, sexuality, religion, etc. This ensures that no one can be turned away from something that a different person wouldn't be turned down for.

The government will not directly encourage industries, because like Smith explained in a Wealth of Nations if politicians encourage certain industries than it creates a sense of falseness. When politicians promote a certain industry the people will go into that industry not because they want to, but because it was promoted by a politician. The government will be indirectly encouraging industries based off what they use their revenue on, but other than that they will stay out of trying to promote certain things. This way supply and demand and interests of the public are actually based on the publics' interest and not the governments.

The government is spending 10% of its revenue on education. Public education will still be the purview of the states, because if it is nationalized it can ruin public schools. If they are nationalized public school teachers/administrative staff could feel pressured to live up to even higher standards. Children have their own standards; what one might call awesome the other thinks its horrible. If they were nationalized, teachers could be fired for not having met up with the governments standards, even though it was actually due to lack of effort from the kid. The government won't directly encourage which field to go into, but most funding would go into science/business related fields. The reason for it being is that business is a huge part of the USA and scientist are constantly discovering new things, and science will help create a brighter more efficient future for the United States. At the very least the government would want citizens to have a high school degree, but since public education is the purview of the states there is little they can do except have a minimum age of when kids need to start school and end school. Federal rules would make so children need to start school at the latest of age 7 and they have to stay in school until age 16. For most states dropping of school would require getting a GED or pass a high school equivalency test, but not all would require it; it is ultimately up to the state to decide. Education will be made more available by lowering the price of college textbooks and supplies. Also instead of just having the Financial Aid program people could go ask certain people who are specifically qualified for this, and see if they can get anything else ex. food stamps. Lower the expense of housing near colleges and set a federal maximum for how much room and board can be depending on the income of the students' families.

The government will get its revenue through income tax. It will be similar to past years; having people who make significantly less only be taxed 10%, and those who get taxed more would pay at a max of 35% for income tax. There would also be a property/real estate tax set at 10% as the minimum, but states could increase it if they thought fit. The new economy would encourage both small and large businesses. Generally they would put more into science and large business related fields with the 9% revenue, but local businesses would also be good. They would help the smaller business out by having one day a year, where all large businesses and corporations close. This is like an unexpected holiday. This allows people to have to go to smaller local businesses, which by doing this brings attention to them.

The government will close loopholes that have allowed corporations to avoid paying taxes for having and operating a business in the United States. By doing this they can generate more revenue, while some corporations may get mad and take their business else where, there will be another tax for moving their production elsewhere. By moving their production elsewhere they lower the amount of jobs available to the people and depending on the business they can boost/lower the economy. This tax is a way to make sure that Americans have guaranteed jobs, because most corporations would not want to be taxed for moving productions elsewhere, so they will just stay put.
