Facing the questioning of reporters, he insisted, "Everything I have done and contributed is first for the nation and people and race of Cambodia". He is an example of the failure of utopian planners, moreover, a warning to us all of how much damage a leader's obsession with utopian thoughts can do to the world. Thank you.
