They really looking forward to keep company with their customer through  sites like Facebook and Twitter.  Rather than spending millions of dollars on traditional ad campaigns, they broadcast their business so that people will be interested to know more about experiences through the social web. Even now, some of my friends at my young age, they make online business/online shop on instagram / facebook. Some of them are doing pre-order/ready stock for selling items that most girl/women like to buy especially clothes,makeup and shoes. They know what their targeted customer 's demand and want. They keep updating their selling item to this new era globalisation .They also link with other people to promote their business on online site.For some of my friends that are already in this field for such a long time,they started to use their own skills to help new business owners to a good start and help experienced entrepreneurs keep up with demand. This is what we called  business coaching.  In conclusion, anyone can start a business if they really can use all this oppurtinities with a good start. 

Tesco’s South Korean network of shops, called Home Plus have grown to become the country’s second-largest supermarket after E-Mart. Actually, South Korea introduced this virtual subway store is to expand their online sales rather than spending a lot of money opening new shops. As smartphone users are always increases, therefore it makes sense to look at mobile shopping.

South Koreans have amongst the longest working hours in the world and they are tired after work. Thus, offers the opportunity to shop while doing something else has a lot of values. For examples, they plastered the glass walls of subway stations with pictures of their products. This will attract the customers to shop with their smartphones. This is because this can save their time rather than expect them to search through menu labelled with tiny text. Customers only need to scan the QR code of the products with their smartphones and place their orders as they waited for their trains or buses.

In conclusion, introduction of Tesco’s virtual stores in subways increased the potential market for Tesco. The Homeplus virtual stores attract their customers by offering the value of convenience that the customers requires. Before he starts his business, he had went through a hard experience in his life. As a beginner, he try to had a personal loan from bank as the business`s capital. He send the proposal to the bank although he didn`t get the loan. He try very hard to make the bank give him loan to start the business. But after many times he try, the proposal still not approve by the bank. He start the business by open the stall at night market. At there, he try to make money by promote his product to anyone. He also have good communication skill that can make people to buy his product.

By use the slogan `Terlajak Laris` D'Herbs has become a brand that has gained a place in the hearts of consumers either in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, and also aim to become one of the famous cosmetic brand in Malaysia and neighboring countries, and it`s goal until the whole world. Now, we can see that there are many promotion in newspaper,television, and internet about this product.
