         <description><![CDATA[<p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nice guidelines suggest depression questionnaires for primary care. HADS (hospital anxiety and depression scale) a self-administered scale with 7 questions on depression and&nbsp; 7 on anxiety. The score determines the severity of the</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; NHS talking therapies recognise two types of valid clinical activity. The first is assessment, normalisation, simple advice. The second is providing a multi-session course of NICE recommended psychological therapy for anxiety-related problem and or depression to people for whom it is indicated. (NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression Manual (Formerly known as Improving Access to Psychological Therapies), n.d.)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Refer patient to every mind matters for self support. NHS (2021). Every Mind Matters. The campaign empowers people to look after their mental health by directing them to free, practical tips and advice. You can get a personalised action plan to monitor your condition and receive advice. With anxiety support emails weekly.
