He talks about many things such as how he gets to where he is now like the influences and how he was drawn into the military not by force but his own free will, how his life like back in high school and the many relationships he had with different people,  he brings up the different missions he had to go on whether it was night missions or just staying on base, he brings up memories that aren't so great like how he felt after his first kill and how the adrenaline rushed in but after it went away.
