The student will learn and consolidate his learning better if he himself discovers the rules and the logic behind the knowledge. 
As a French teacher, I always try to make sure that my students understand how, why and in what way the French language is structured.

Fortunately, diaries are great aids for our task management, and the colleagues I work with in this course help us keep track of the different steps to be taken. So we set aside Wednesday mornings, about one or two hours at our school, to meet, discuss the themes to be developed and share our work over a cup of tea.

The proposed readings and videos enlighten us, give us different perspectives of pedagogical approach. 
We reflect on our practice, which will allow us to adopt new perspectives.
