Every single day 1-2 copy machines break down. Adding 20+ more faculty to be using the same number of copiers with a history of breaking down doesn't make any sense to me. It would also be more beneficial to have a human being running the copiers to help teachers make copies and to support the teachers and machines when it is an issue every single day. In addition, Special education teachers need to 
be able to depend on these machines when printing IEPS, larger print for students with vision issues, extra copies for extra class notes, etc. For me this has been a huge issue and has taken up a lot of my planning period time and working after hours in order to "best the crowd". Also, special ed would 
greatly benefit with their own copier so they can make confidential copies without them going "public". The IEPS, progress reports, etc that need to be printed are cumbersome to print and often get "huffing and puffing" from teachers behind us in line when doing so during school hours. With the closing 
of several schools, how did we not get even one new copier in our building with the addition of so many new staff members?
