His plan, which was embraced by much of the German population made Germany a powerful, unified one-party state. His plan was to dismantle politics and expand the state police, he formed a new security dedicated to suppressing his opposition.

Kristallnacht: the Night of Broken Glass was a violent riot where German Nazi's attacked the Jewish people and property. The violence of this event served as a turning point for the Jews as they found out that the Nazi anti-Semitism was not a temporary thing and would only intensify from there.

The Battle of Midway was a World War 2 naval battle fought almost entirely with aircraft, between June 3 and 6th, 1942. It was between the United States Navy and the Japanese, the United States Navy defeated a Japanese attack against Midway and destroyed 4 Japanese aircraft carriers and a heavy cruiser, the battle ended up being a decisive victory for the Americans and marked the turning point in the war between the two countries.

The Battle of Stalingrad was a major confrontation between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union during WW2 and lasted from August 1942 to February 1943 and resulted in the destruction in the German's 6th Army and the retreat of the German forces from the Eastern front. The battle was considered as the main turning point of the war in Europe, as it allowed the Soviet Union to launch a counteroffensive that eventually led to the capture of Berlin and the end of Nazi rule.
