So, first week of study as second year in microbiology. I am quie excited but at the same time feel nervous and scared about this semester. Because this semester, we are learning about bacteriology which is more specific than semester one and two and also physiology. 
First week of this semester, just introduction about the subject like discussing about our tes, quiz , scl and so on.

This week we are doing our first lab in lab 3. We are doing ndv experiment which using embryonated egg. I feel so eager about the virus that in the egg shells. This topic was lectured by Prof Tan. Prof Tan was so kind and funny. He told us about the future and advice. I still remember his word “do the job that computer cannot do”. Prof Tan always smile and he said smile can make people happy.  
About another subject, i think the hardcore one is biomole. I dont know i feel like biomole is so hard. And then, Prof Bakar explained to us about the scl whicl is we have to create the 3d model of oligopolysacchariedes. Thats the tough one for this week.

This is week, I skipped to days classes because I am participating to iucel competition. And what makes me so happy because we got silver medal!!!!! for the first time we joined this. I am very excited that all of our effort do the prototype and present it to the judges was so worth it eventho we did not get the gold medal. My aim to join this kind of competition, is actually to develop my soft skills. I want to grab all the chance and opportunity so that I can challenge myself. 
I am sure that slowly when I joined this kind of competition, I can improve myself.

This week, I have to catch up all the experiments that I left last week. So, the demo showed us the experiments about the previous experiment. 
Oh, before I forget this week we are doing our presentation scl of 3d model. All of us were so scared becacuse this scl are our test 1 biomole. Each group have to present their 3d model oligosaccharides and it is evaluated by Prof Bakar, Dr Siti Nurbaya, post-graduated student and also Dr Fairol. This presentation is so different than other subject. 
Other than that, our experiment this week about identified microorganisms using computer assisted. This experiment using microbat and it showed the probability if unknown microorganism of its name.

LAST WEEK BEFORE MIDSEM BREAK!!! This week is test week. I have three papers this week. Two papers on Monday which physiology microbiology and hubungan etniks' paper. Also, on Thursday I have bacteriology's paper. 
I think this early third semester was so busy because on this early week before midsem break we already have our presentation and quiz. So, i think this is hectic week. 
AND WE STILL HAVE TWO MORE PAPERS WHICH IS LAB TEST AND BBI2424.
Eventhough, this semester, I dont have classes on friday but monday untill thursday was a busy day. How time flies so fast and we already the second year in bachelor microbiology. Two more years to graduate.

After midsem break, we have to submit our lab report which is ndv and microbact. Then, we continue with our lab with topic serology. 

About lab report, i think it is quite difficult for us because we are doing lab microbiology III which we didnt learn the theory yet. For example, in the microbact experiment , we didint learn the immunology subject yet and we cannot understand it more because we didnt learn the theory. But its okay, and thats mean we have to take initiative to learn it by ourself to understand it and hence to do the lab report.s

This week we didnt have anything big on. Just the preparation for our role play in biomole and hubungan etnik. 

About the role play of biomole, basically we have to act about the enzyme function and factor that affect enzyme activity. We have to act about that storyline to show in front of Porf Bakar and Dr Siti. 

We still discuss about it and prepare it.

On this week, we do our rople play biomole. All of us, show the good effort on it. 

By doing this, we clearly can see the how the enzyme function and how the factors affect the enzyme activity. 

It is one of the technique to understand the concept.

This week we have two test which is paper biomole and bacteriology. So, we are so busy studying this subject. But at the same time,  we are quite nervous  about the subject. This subject is quite similar so we can relate this two subject.
