This is a teacher tool-kit to help maximize equity in the classroom and to improve student autonomy. Students are often taught course material in one specific way, without students' voices being heard. This lack of autonomy results in student outbursts during class, low retention rates, and general distaste for learning. This padlet shares resources for teachers by providing articles, websites, and videos introducing different methods and ways to teach students. These resources are aimed to provide students with more autonomy and to provide opportunities to learn at their own paces. Since students are more likely to complete work and engage in material that they have a choice to, I feel that these resources will be good in one tool-kit. My goal with the completion of this tool-kit is provide teachers resources and tools to motivate and provide students with an equitable opportunity to take control of their own learning!
