TIP - Little boys often wee when their nappy is off so keeping the dirty nappy under their bottom until you are ready for the clean one could be helpful.  Good luck!
TIP - if the baby grow gets messy from poo don't try to lift it up over your baby's head.  Most are designed to be pulled down over their shoulders. 
TIP - never leave your baby unattended on a raised changing station or your bed in case they roll off.

Plain warm water (this is always better but if this feels inconvenient for you then baby wipes for newborns/water wipes would be ok) 
Cotton wool
Nappy bags (for dirty nappies)
A little towel to dry their bottoms
A changing matt (in case it's messy)
Nappy rash cream (you may need this at some point - such as sudacrem)
