This one is based on how you develop as a person. Meaning how are you developing or dealing with certain things.the healthy way or the not so healthy way. The healthy way is to motivate and be a positive roll model in whatever you choose to do. Or a not so positive way just being negative all the time and not giving yourself the potential you may know you have and others know you have.

Identify which theory you think would be most helpful in maintaining your motivation. Discuss how this theory can be used to support your commitment to your goals.

In my opinion behavioral would help another. Because how you interact with others weather they are rude or not shows what kind of person you are. And could definitely help you gain more respect from other higher level people. Like instead of getting angry at someone for doing something wrong to them kill them with kindness. Build a reputation for yourself. That doesn't have to mean let people run over you but be classy about the situation, instead of getting ratchet as kids these days say.

Monitor your progress: if I know exactly what I need to do to achieve my goal in order it helps keep me motivated and pushes me to finish easily. Also it keeps what you have and haven't done in order if I check them off. Which gets you closer and closer each day to achieving the goal you always wanted to achieve.

Have a positive attitude: it will get challenging with whatever project you choose to do or whatever goal you are trying to achieve. Keeping a positive attitude helps make challenges less stressful. A positive mindset can get you farther than you know. Even in the most challenging days or tasks to achieve your goal short term or long.
