To complete Mission: advertising for a brand new car, come up with a campaign, create tv advertisement and design digital advertising screens. The goal is to stay to the last and become lord sugar’s partner.

I can relate this to tuckman’s model.1. Forming: they are divided into 2 groups2:storming: at the beginning, some members stated their opinions and shared what they are capable of with others.3: norming:they focus on a common goal like the team Miami. They target at the female group under 25 escaping for a holiday. 4 :performing. There are two subteams. One focused on branding and digital, the other focused on branding. But there was a misunderstanding between  the subteams in group expands.
 I don’t think the conflict was resolved. Joanna, James Elizabeth and Sajan blame each other.

Candidates have strong personalities and there was a clash of power dynamics.
