BIG COTTAGE NEAR ALBACETE

The cottage is a short drive from Albacete. It`s in the countryside, but only four kilometers away, close to Jaen road.

The cottageis a lovely two-floor house, with five spacious rooms and eleven comfortable beds. There are two bathrooms, a cosy living/dining room with fireplace and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. On the roof there is a sunny terrace with garden furniture.
This house is perfect to stay in summer. Inside the temperature is very cool. Outside there are two porches, a nice garden, a swimming pool and a garage.

The neighbors are kind and quiet, and the area is very safe.
One bus stop is a twenty-minute walk from the house.

The cottage is ideal for a big families with children and the place is really suitable for pets. A+

I live in a flat on the outskirts of Albacete.I have lived here for two years and don not ever want to leave.
It is quite small and typical for the area. It has got air conditioning with cold and hot options. The bedrooms are quite small, but there is a big living room with a dining area, a modern kitchen, and also a small balcony where we can sit outside in the summer.
It is cosy and warm. In addition to this it is convenient for my job. However, it is cramped and stuffy, because it's airless in the summer , for this reason the temperature is very high in this season.
About neighbourhood it is well-connected to a supermarket, pharmacy and hospital.
Finally, the flat is ideal for students and it is not suitable for pets. B

This is a terraced house on the outskirts in Albacete; it's a relaxing residential area outside the centre of the city but near the University Campus of Albcete.
The house is very large and very bright. It has 3 floors , and the thirth floor is the attic and it has a basement too , with plenty of room for two cars.
The house is spacious. It has 3 double bedrooms plus the attic, a living room, a luxury kitchen and 3 bathrooms. All the rooms have air conditioning. There is an amazing terrace with table, chairs and umbrella, so you can eat outside but there isn't a swimming pool. The public pool is very close , about 200 metres.
The house is near a periurban park, thas has cafeteria and it's called "the Pulgosa Park", where you can go hiking, cycling, walking and play football.
This house is perfect for a family with children or for several couples.The house is not suitables for pets, and smoking is not allowed inside it.

My beach flat is in Calabardina, Murcia. This is a beautiful place because it's perfectly situated in the cape of the village and you have a nice view of the sea.

The flat is medium-sized. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony and two bathrooms. One special characteristic is that it has an open plan kitchen.

The neighbourhood is a quiet place. The village is small and there aren't too many people living there. Thee is one supermarket in the center, a bakery and between 3 and 5 restaurants. The sea is a 5- minute walk from the flat.

The flat is suitable for people that want a quiet village for summer on the beach. Tjere are restrictions like if you want do more activities than walkng and swimming you have to go to the nearby villages. B

It´s a nice house close to the beach. It´s only 150 metres from the sea! The house has 70 square metres and it´s distributed as follows:
It has two bedrooms, they are not very small, so you can put two beds in each of them.

It has a big bathroom and a nice kitchen. In the kitchen there are some electric appliances like a fridge, a microwave and a cooker.

The house has a beatiful large living room with a fireplace that you can light in the cold winter nights. In the living room there is some furniture. There´s a sofa, two tables and six chairs.

The house also has two small patios, one in front of the house and one at the back.

Finally, I'd like to say that the house is near all the facilities like the hospital, shopping centre, pharmacy and town hall.

It a perfect flat, it is near the center in Albacete; it has three bedrooms, a bit small, but there are some shelves, two small but well-lit bathrooms and a good kitchen.

In the kitchen therer are fridge, a microwave and a cooker. The living room is perfect because it's spacious. There are two big windows, two sofas, perfect to watch films and meet friends on days with bad weather and have a nap.
The flat is in a quiet area where there aren't neighbour's parties because the flat is in a square.
Finally, the flat is near the market, shopping centre and pharmacy. D

My country house

I have a country house near Albacete. It’s a house with only one floor and a little yard. In my country house there is a swimming pool, a hen house, an orchard and a lot of trees.

In the house there are three ideal bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a big living room. When we go in summer, we enjoy the swimming pool and the porch where we have lunch. In winter, we use the chimney a lot and we watch a lot of films in our great sofas.

Next to us is Jose, our peaceful and mystical neighbour. There are some friendly families in the neighbourhood too. Near my house, there are some routes and an exercise track.

In my country house, we can give parties and invite a lot of people and animals(?). B+

It is my favourite room because it is quiet.

The bathroom is small but clean and comfortable.
