In some of her work she paints a circle and and adds dash lines around in different colors. The colors she uses are inspired by what she sees around her. You can use whatever materials you have - watercolors, markers, crayons, paint, etc. If you don't have a brush use your pointer finger. Look her up if you can and try your own version of her work. They are very relaxing. I had always meant to try it. It is a lesson based on the art of Laurel Burch an American artist who became internationally known. Cats were only one of the subjects that she painted.
