In thinking about how we can demonstrate that the ULS is supportive of diversity, incorporating inclusion into everything we do is important. A few of us, for instance, did a presentation at the Diversity Forum.  This highlighted that we value diversity, that we have materials for use by everyone, and that we have specialists with some expertise (but are always learning).  The more that we "message out", the more that the community will know that we are a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
