I wanted everyone on my team to have a different strength so that the group would be well rounded and that each person could bring something different to the table. If there is to be a hospital wide roll out, an Activator would be needed to get the project going. Before that happens, Daisy (Developer) would be best suited to get a plan on board in conjunction with Angelica (analystical) who would be able to suggest how to best do that. Matthew (maximizer) would bring the potential of the project to light while Faith (futuristic) could then work with Andrew to roll out the project to the masses. My top quality was Command, so I would be best suited in organizing the team and putting them where their own potential could be maximized.
