As the result, the carbon particles and metal slice vibrate in different frequency and amplitude, and send out the sound in different frequency, which is the timbre and pitch, and different loudness.</p><p>Speaker was first invented by Johann Philipp Reis ( 7 January 1834 – 14 January 1874) ， who was a self-taught German scientist and inventor. In 1861, he constructed the first <em>make-and-break</em> telephone, today called the Reis telephone. It was the first device to transmit a voice via electronic signals and for that the first modern telephone. Inspired by his physics lessons, he attacked the problem, in order to make his previous research about "the electricity could be propagated through space, as light can, without the aid of a material conductor", which he had proved by experiments and sent the result to Professor Poggendorff to insert the result to the well-known periodical, Annalen der Physik, but he had been laught at because of his unknown degree, could attract more attention from the public.</p><p>However, although the Reis telephone(speaker) is a prototye, but it did truely affact Bill to invent the improved version of the telephone, and develope to the one of the greatest invention in the modern period, and also the speaker has developed to a better quality of sound.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Dynamic Island is a new interactive UI design introduced by Apple on the iPhone 14 Pro series. It uses a combination of software and hardware to transform the hole area at the top of the phone into an interactive area that can change size and shape.</p><p><br/></p><p>The idea and development of Dynamic Island was brought by Apple.</p><p><br/></p><p>In an interview, Craig Federighi mentioned that Dynamic Island could be the first major operational change since the iPhone X came out five years ago. He highlighted how the new feature changed the look of the iPhone, among other things. Alan Dye noted that Dynamic Island further blurs the line between where hardware ends and software begins on the iPhone, calling it an example of "Apple-like development."</p><p><br/></p><p>The inspiration for Dynamic Island comes from the constant exploration and improvement of the user experience within Apple. Dye mentioned that because the TrueDepth camera system is small, the team thought about what could be done with the extra space on top of the display. Their goal is to make users forget that static physical hardware exists, and make users think that the entire Smart Island is dynamic software like a fluid. This design allows users to receive notifications of incoming calls, text messages, etc., more intuitively, and to perform more complex operations in this area, such as switching songs, when using certain apps, such as music playback.</p><p><br/></p><p>In addition, Craig Federighi also noted that at the iPhone 14 Pro event at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park, people showed palpable surprise when the Dynamic Island was first revealed, and he said he had a similar reaction when he first saw it inside.          <description><![CDATA[<p>By Regina</p><p><br/></p><p>The invention I chose is the projector.</p><p><br/></p><p>The Han Chinese Philosopher Mozi and the Greek Philosopher Euclid first described the phenomenon of light passing through a small aperture and projecting an upside-down image on the other side, which was known as the Camera Obscura.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The first projector was made by Edison and debut in 1890. This projector could project images up to 8 inches wide. Nine years later, William Kennedy Dickson introduced the first cinema projector. His projector has been used to display films at theatre and vaudeville shows. In 1928, RCA (Radio Corporation of America) bought Dickson’s Patent and created the RCA Photophone Corporation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Up to now, projector has been used in a lot of different places. For example you can see a projector in school, theater, cinema or even for watching movie at home.</p>]]></description>

In 1790, the Frenchman Comte de Sivrac had the idea of improving transportation after an unpleasant experience of being splashed in mud by a waggon. He designed and manufactured a simple wooden device with two wheels, called the "Tron horse wheel". Although this device has no transmission and steering device, and can only rely on the rider's pedalling, its appearance marked the birth of the bicycle.</p><p>In 1817, Karl Drais, a German baron, invented a two-wheeled bicycle called draisienne, a wooden frame bicycle with a steering device but also without pedals. The invention of Deles allowed cyclists to slide by pushing their feet, which aroused great interest at the time and quickly became popular on the streets of Paris.</p><p>In the following decades, the design of the bicycle has undergone many major improvements. In 1839, Scottish blacksmith Kirkpatrick Macmillan invented a bicycle with a foot pedal and crank connecting rod structure, allowing cyclists to take their feet off the ground and drive the rear wheels forward through the pedals.          <description><![CDATA[<p>The inventor of the earliest air fryer was a man named William L. Maxson who came up with a device to reheat frozen food for American troops who were deployed.</p><p>There was a lot of trial-and-error but he soon realized that if he could use extreme heat with some kind of motor that helps pass that heated air all around the food, then it would be something that could change the world.</p><p>However, the basic idea of air frying has existed for over 100 years, as can be seen in an article Technical World Magazine published in 1904. "An electric air-pressure cooker, which retains the most valuable food flavors and greatly lessens the shrinkage of meats in cooking, has been recently perfected," the article explained.</p><p>From there, the invention seemed to disappear until a William L. Maxson filed a patent for an electric oven in 1945, per&nbsp;Google Patents.&nbsp;Maxson was apparently one of those stereotypical inventors. New Air described how after growing an excessive amount of cauliflower in the '30s, Maxson decided to freeze some and cook it later.&nbsp;He was astounded that it still tasted fresh after reheating.&nbsp;According to New Air, this discovery excited him so much that he gave up on eating fresh food.&nbsp;</p><p>Maxson's obsession with frozen food led him to the airline industry. At the time, transatlantic flights relied on pre-made sandwiches because they kept better than a pre-made steak. Maxson figured that if you froze pre-made meals, you could have nicer food and a greater variety. So, he invented the&nbsp;Maxson Whirlwind Oven, which evenly circulated air that was heated by a motor. Unfortunately, Maxson died in 1947 and in the '60s, microwaves became the tool to reheat frozen food.</p><p>First of all, air fryers don't actually fry. Instead, the food goes into a perforated basket and the machine cooks the food by blowing hot air around it. The force of the air produces <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-cooking-works-getting-food-hot-995430">a convection effect</a> that cooks and browns the exterior of the food in the basket. As long as the temperature of the air reaches more than around 320 F, breaded foods like frozen chicken tenders or unbreaded starchy items like french fries or tater tots, will in fact turn brown.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

The presence of the air fryer met the needs of people who&nbsp;want to cook without too much fat. Additionally, it provides an&nbsp;approachable way of food preparation for the&nbsp;people who can’t cook.</p><p><br></p><p>Inventor&amp;Inspiration: </p><p>The air fryer was first invented&nbsp;in 2005 by David H. Mciadden in Turbochef Technologies and patented in 2006. But the application experience of this technology in the kitchen at home wasn’t expected. Then a Dutch engineer, Fred van der Weij, optimized it&nbsp;reson for the dissatisfaction of the low-fat fryer he bought on TV shopping. After that, he found Philips, a company which was trying to develop a&nbsp;cooking appliance that can make the frying process healthier, and&nbsp;authorized the&nbsp;invention to Philips.&nbsp;Eventually, in 2010, Philips launched out the air fryer at the IFA (International Consumer Electronics Show) in Berlin, Germany.</p><p><br></p><p>Principle: </p><p>The main principle of the air fryer published by Philips is the RUSH (Radiant and UpStream Heating) technology, also known as Rapid Air Technology.&nbsp;Inside the air fryer, the heating element above the food generates radiant heat, and the fan above the heating element rotates to produce a strong airflow. This circulate hot air at a high speed keep passing through the food, in order to cook food&nbsp;thoroughly.</p>]]></description>

For example, thermocouples work based on the Seebeck effect, where a voltage is generated due to a temperature difference between two junctions of different metals. Resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) rely on the change in electrical resistance of a material with temperature. Thermistors have a highly nonlinear resistance-temperature relationship.</p><p>The reasons for inventing temperature sensors are manifold. In industrial settings, they are crucial for monitoring and controlling processes to ensure quality and safety. In scientific research, accurate temperature measurement is essential for experiments and data collection. In daily life, temperature sensors are used in thermostats to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures and in appliances like ovens and refrigerators to control their operations.          <description><![CDATA[<p>    On July 24, 1874 a Canadian patent was filed by a Toronto medical electrician named Henry Woodward and a colleague Mathew Evans. They built their lamps with different sizes and shapes of carbon rods held between electrodes in glass cylinders filled with nitrogen. Woodward and Evans attempted to commercialize their lamp, but were unsuccessful. They eventually sold their patent to Edison in 1879.</p><p>    In 1878, Thomas Edison began serious research into developing a practical incandescent lamp and on October 14, 1878, Edison filed his first patent application for "Improvement In Electric Lights". However, he continued to test several types of material for metal filaments to improve upon his original design and by Nov 4, 1879, he filed another U.S. patent for an electric lamp using a carbon filament or strip coiled and connected to platina contact wires.</p><p>    Although the patent described several ways of creating the carbon filament including using "cotton and linen thread, wood splints, papers coiled in various ways," it was not until several months after the patent was granted that Edison and his team discovered that a carbonized bamboo filament could last over 1200 hours.</p>]]></description>
