         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Navigating life depends upon our ability to solve problems, a skill scientists understand as creativity. <br>- The children's creativity was measured by a series of tests such as trying to think of different uses of an everyday object. They were given a paper plate and had to identify what they could do with that single paper plate. <br>- Scientist use an array of tests that require divergent thinking to find the best solution.<br> Divergent thinking - going through as many solutions as you can to find a good solution. The usage of an object and the number of usages you can think of or the purposes. <br> In relation to the NAPLAN and some test in general some believe that it has a cost to creativity </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>We subvert our creativity as we get older because we learn that we must conform which is part of growing up.</li><li>Our creativity can become limited depending on what occupation you are employed in or who you are with.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Scientists refer to the "grade 4 slump" where we suppress creativity as we are focused on what other people think of us and don't want to be seen as getting it wrong.</li><li>Learning to conform is part of growing up as we conform in number of public life settings; school, work, home, and rules set by authority&nbsp;</li><li>As we get older we are also concerned with what other people think so we develop an inner editor to align with conformance&nbsp;</li></ul>]]></description>
