The rebels are going to try to make South Sudan muslim honestly i think they will try but I dont think they actually make Sudan Muslim they may come close but it wont happen is my prediction.

So this book's author has different founts to describe each person. So first I will be talking about salva as he is the main character in the book. So as we are talking about salva he is pretty intelligent

I mean you could of named this book something else like "Nya's and Salva's Story". 2#I dont know if its me but i feel like Buska is a little creepy i mean he smiles at random times like when he found a beehive i mean to me thats creepy so for my 2 question "Why dose Buska smile at random times?"Finally my 3 question
3# Why dont men and women like kids when it comes to war? I mean ya sure we do sometimes complain but its not all the time and ya we maybe do complain about food but i mean kids need to eat because they are starting there life and growups already have one so i fell like the men and women should be nice to Salva since hes trying hard not to complain about water, food, and questions like"Where are we going" and other questions.
I really fell like these 3 questions stood out to me the most and i really want these questions answerd!
What 3 questions would you ask the author and why?

question:are the characters in the book realistic why or why not?

In a Long Walk To Water I think that the characters in the story are realistic because in this book there are two characters which are Nya and Salva. Now for Salva there are people shooting near her school because there is a war going on so Salva is always worried about the war is very scared, and this is a realistic problem in the world. Another problem that is happening in the book is that Salva is having a hard time with water. Salva has to walk eight miles just to get some water this shows how poor he and his family is. Being poor is a very realistic problem in the world because there are people in the world that are homeless and people that are poor that have money problems and food problems. Now I can not say anything for Nya because there is not much about her in the book.

I would agree because kids like Salva would not make any trouble because if they are in a huge trouble( trying to get out from the rebels) the would be convinced with the adults and then they would follow the directions what the adult gave the children. Specially Salva because as I am seeing in the last chapters I see he is trying to figure how he would get out of the war happening in Sudan.

Question:How Did The Reading Make You Fell? And Why?

In the book a long walk to water, the text in the book made me feel very intense. The reason for this feeling from the text is because in the book Salva is in the class and there is war going on. And there is a lot of shooting going around his school. And that made me worried for Salva because what if he gets shot or killed? and I also thought what will happen to Salva? And the next thing that made me feel more intense is the the teacher told the students to hide in the bushes so Salva was hiding in the bushes and then he runs through the shooting this made me feel very worried for Salva but he actually survived which made me feel very surprised. After this he asked three questions to himself which were in page 12 paragraph 7 now the questions were "Where are we going" "Where is my family" and finally "When will I see them again" Finally, Now that is how to reading in a Long Walk to water made me fell.

Question- Describe the major conflict. Whose side are you on?

So the basic concept was that Naya's family had to move to the camp because they needed water which was closer to fetch from, and the pond near their house was dry, So that is why they had to move from there. Also in the Question, ask's that "Whose side are you on" I would say that I would be on Nya's side because now she doesn't need to take two long trips from the house and to the pond. I would not be on Nya's mother side because she makes a lot of excuses. I know that because on page number 33 (means 6th chapter)it states that "they had no house and had to sleep in the makeshift shelters" In my opinion, it does matter where you live unless it has no space. Second Evidence is that it said," They could not bring most of their things they had to make do with whatever they had in hand ". I guess you don't need that too because after three months they to go back in the old house so it is not that important. Also then the last evidence is that " and for much of each day they had to dig for water". For that, I would say that it is ok if will they have to dig water, at least they get water it is not that they don't get water.

What was unbelievable?
Lets just start by saying i didn't expect Salva to be at the end with Nya.Sure,I thought they will meet eachother somewhere toward the end but not when Salva all grown up anyway lets get to the questions.Lets start with "What was believable?". For me the believable plart is when Salva and Nya finally meet eachother and acually talk to eachother, but i kinda hate it is that it's at the end of the book and the people reading this dont get a chance to see how Nya and Salva get to help eachother out.The most "unbelievable" part is when Nya gose up to "the strange man" and talks to him and saying "Thank You" to him when they finally introduce eachother at the end and you finally realize that...was....Salva.
(Thank goodness they meet eachothe! ~Alexandra)

I say that because in the book Salva never gave up even when his friend who he barely got to meet died by a lion. Or when uncle died by some guys taking his gun and threatening to shoot Uncle and tieing Uncle to a tree so he cant escape and they shot uncle right in front of Salva. But even than Salva never once said im done i can't do this anymore I quit. No he had a positive mindset like at the refugee camp when Salva was like "I only have to deal with this for a few days." So I think in this book Salva was positive or tried to be positive throughout the book and I think thats what got him through the war.

Question- How did the reading make you feel? Why?
As I begin answering the Question I felt really strong about this book and how Nya goes up to Salva and greets him and how Salva says his name. But then if you read the ending it was kind of predictable what would happen in the end. Starting on to my answer I felt really delightful About the book and how the Author gave us inspiring Quotes. So that was only the first reason how I felt about the book but the Second reason is that how nicely the author talks about how difficult it is for people who are in Sudan and what difficulties they face. I also felt that Nya character in the book didn't meet Salva as then the Author Didn't talk about Nya at the last page of the book on the other side the author talks about Salva at the end of the page how the program in Sudan came to be. So overall the book gave me lot's of information how Sudan is still struggling with their Water.
