- We planned the provision and maps for what the school looked like prior to lockdown, now we are in bubbles the expectation put on us as therapists has changed. 
Lack of senior support when required, due to bubbles

Lack of access to equipment
Hard to contact peers as we dont have designated work spaces

Working with new people - picking up new skills 
- Group Intervention ideas for targeting a number of students at the same time. 
- creating new groups with others and starting to create group resources






- What next:
- Training on more targeted and specialist areas of need within the school as unable to currently work with more experienced members of the team as much as previously.

Different areas of expertise Confined to different zones
Knowing what we can provide in the current circumstances- having clear guidance from management.

- unable to confer with colleagues regarding day to day practice
What are the opportunities available?
- Feeling more confident in what is written in reports.
- Having something to refer back to for new staff.
- Easier way to reflect on skill- set and additional training that is required for therapists.


- What next:
We would like more offered to us as a team (training, resources, and space for organised set up). We feel we asked to deliver, but we are not even given the simplest communication tools (w- talkies)  Let alone asked what we need . Not much clear communication on expectations.

- looking at different tiers - re-looking at what can be provided
