When the tourist come i need to welcome them and give them brochure and explain further information about the resort accommodation and activities. I need to make sure that the customers well inform about the resort activities so they can do it. I also learn to handle for every room booking and also explain about the resort activities to the customers. En Fikri, head of restaurant and reception units guide me on what to do in my first day. He teach me the important information that i should know as a receptionist such as the the availability of room, the price of room and the activity that provided in this resort.
