The working hours start at 9am until 6pm, so the first thing when i came here, the manager director, Mr. Alif Yusof have asked me to fill in a form of offer letter then after that he make a quick briefing with the staff and my role. i have been placed in four departments that are marketing, sale, admin and operations. I have a supervisor that i can directly ask, she is a physiotherapist named Cik Ana.

In the morning, a few staff have taught me about the products sold by the centre and short briefing about the marketing department.

In the evening, at 2pm, i followed my supervisor went to do mobile treatment. First we visited the comatose patients due to heavy bleeding after childbirth. Then, we visited a patient who suffer a stroke for four years. These two patients required 1 hour treatment starting from fingers, hand, shoulder, toes and feet.
