The student must be between the age of 16 - 18 to join the study program without an EHCP.

If the student has an EHCP they are able to enrol on the study programme until they are 25. 

All students must have English or maths GCSEs below grade 4, however there is 1 exception.

For example:

If the student does not have an EHCP, and has both English and Maths grade 4  or above, they are unable to attend.

If they have Maths grade 4 but English grade 2, we can enrol them.

If they have an EHCP and have both maths and English grade 4 or above, we can enrol them. 

This is due to the government's funding for placements with regards to functional skills. If they have grade 4's the government sees that they should be capable of completing a higher qualification than what we offer. With an EHCP we can exempt them from that requirement due to additional needs. 

Our levels are Entry 3 and Level 1 While Lincoln College for example offers Level 2 and Level 3. 

Providing their is space on a course we can enrol until around March of each year, providing the student is willing to complete extra hours (through sending work home or through attending an extra day) As each student has to complete a set number of hours each year in order to pass their course. 

Most of the courses are practical work with photographic evidence to support their work, with coursework books on the side.
