Trump held a rally where he told his followers to protest at the capitol, and they ended up overwhelming the capitol police and broke in, forcing Congress and Pence to go into hiding in an undisclosed location. The rioters damaged the building, and stole documents. The police also found pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC

Trump basically started telling his supporters to fight back against the counting because he knew he was going to lose. So on January 6th, Trump supporters from all over the country, flew into Washington to break into the capitol. Even though there was security, the security guards were really biased and just let the terrorists in willingly/ took selfies with them/ helped people down the stairs. They say that it was a peaceful protest, but in reality it was a riot.

disappointed in the police, some even letting the rioters into the capitol, and they weren't even prepared. According to the AP, the Pentagon tried to send the National Guard to the capitol prior to Wednesday, but the police turned them down

This means to me is that nobody is righting on a piece of papers for no reason there trying to make our country better and for some people to not understand that is harsh but people should not judge on who votes for who cuz they all mater by the end of the day
