From the point of view of Nepal before the
The 20th century I think that they felt respected because nobody climbed Everest because of the fear of offending the Sherpa and the people of Nepal. I think countries like America always thinks about Everest and people think they can just go and climb it. They do not care about offending the people and think that if the people of Nepal protest then they can just overpower them.
I imagine that the people in Nepal don’t like being ignored and maybe even offended. And they want to protest but they can’t because they
Are afraid of the bigger countries. My opinion is that people should Nepal for permission to climb it before they try to make it to the top. India takes the Himalayas for granted because they don’t realize that India would be very cold and would get more natural disasters than they already have. The Himalayas provide India more protection than they think.

Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay are the people who influenced Everest because it told the rest of the world that it was possible to climb Everest with modern technology. That influenced the perspective of the Nepali people. The fact that Everest is in the Himalayas and it is so close to India affects India’s perspective of Mount Everest. And the reason for any of these percpectives is that Mount Everest is the highest point on Earth.

It impacts us today because it reveals the history of our time and shows everyone’s percpective from the ending of the 19th century. It shows that we had more respect for each other in the olden days than we do now. It also shows how everyone has changed from then and now. Half the world relys on the water including one of the most important country, China. China makes most of the things in the world. Ipads, Iphones, computers, and toys, China makes all of that. Also it supplys the water for India as well. India has a lot of people, so it provides China with a great market. And that gives us a lot of what we have. It influences everyone.
