I chose this picture as a representation of my best understanding because I understood that without plants in the environment there would be no live. From what I have read plants do a lot for the environment, they produce food, oxygen and much more. This picture is making a statement. My interpretation of this picture would be the world we are living in as today. Much of the trees and green landscapes are not being valued. Many trees are being cut down and industrial areas are arising. As a society we should be more caring of the environment we live on.This picture states, If society lacks care for the environment, we might not have much time to live on earth.

I choose this video as a representation of my best understanding because this video explains what is needed to know in a simple and brief description. Just how we learned in unit 2 with notes and videos provided I understand that It all starts with the sun. Energy from the sun reaches the plants chloroplast taking water and carbon dioxide, convert energy from the sun into glucose and oxygen gets released as well.Just how in the notes Both photosynthesis and cellular respiration have a goal to create ATP. This brief video talks about the points we learned with our notes in a simple and nice form.

I choose to do my plant as the pine, called the Loblolly pine. The Loblolly pine is a gymnosperm. The Loblolly pine is said to be one of the fastest growing southern pines, it has the height of 90' to 110'.The word Loblolly referrers to "low" "wet place" although the Loblolly pine is not just subject to one habitat. The Loblolly pine can be found in acidic clay oil mainly found in the south in rural places. The Loblolly pine has a very distinctive smell compared to other pines.

A A biome i believe is at most in danger of ecological change would be the tundra. The Antarctic in my opinion is at risk of ecological change because of the hot temperatures known as global warming. Sea ice is decreasing drastically which is impacting the life of the animals that live there. According to asoc.org the has two distinct regions the East Antarctic and the West Antarctic. They are seperated by the Trans Artic Mountain but joined together by ice sheets. It is said that with having high ice sheets and the polar location, can cause a heat sink affecting the climate of the entire world.

The Neolithic also known as the First Agricultural Revolution had many positive impacts to the human population. Before the agricultural revolution all humans had one purpose, they hunted their own food. When the agricultural revolution started humans were able to harvest food. Animals were domesticated and were able to help humans in many aspects. This diagram shows how the agricultural revolution changed from beginning to end. At the beginning people were hunters and food supply was unpredictable. The diagram shows how humans learned to domesticate plants and animals for farming.Furthering more their need for animals to domesticate and how thanks to the agricultural revolution we all became about the great world we live in today.

This web page talks about the agricultural revolution, and how the agricultural production in the 17th and 19th centuries helped evolve the world. This web page speaks upon the new practices that were developed like selective breeding and crop rotation. The agricultural revolution made a big impact in society as it increased labor and land productivity. Having more land productivity it allowed society to have a rapid growth expand human population. This web page also talks about how selective breeding increased the size of farm animals in both size and quantity. The new techniques and methods that were introduced in the agricultural revolution truly impacted the growth on humans, and how humans were once settled in rural areas , and soon learned to capitalize.

Opium Poppy is referenced all the way back to 3,400 B.C cultivated in Southwest Asia. When people learned the impact that opium poppy had demand increased. Opium is known to be a great pain reliever. It is said that opium poppy was also used to induce sleep and help with bowel movements. People also took in to consideration the side effect of this chemical, it gave pleasurable effects. Opium poppy has some derivatives, including morphine, codeine, oxycodone, and heroin. I choose this chemical because I have patients that i care for that use some of these prescribed medicines. I have seen what they go through, pain wise. Using this drug helps them relive of pain.

I choose this picture because it shows how the cities, or world would be in a way abandoned for destruction. Without agricultural, economic, social, and political practices being checked many things can go wrong. All these factors need to be checked and supervised, just how every thing gets checked and regulated in the United States. There can be climate change with rapid social growth, cities and towns need resources like food and water, if the agriculture is not being checked and regulated many green spots within the cities and towns can reduce and may affect live it self for production of food as well affecting the life of animals. If water is not being checked as a way of source for people to survive, water can go bad, and the demand for fresh and clean water can exceed in the market which leaves homeless, and low income people at risk.Social class has a big impact in the world. Leaving society unchecked can cause much inequality. Leaving the the rich as the top, and the poor as the low.
