I approached this activity based on my organization methods. I color coded participants and expectations so that roles and responsibilities are clear. I included the schedule on an excel spreadsheet because if six schools are being serviced it will be easier to house a schedule in one location for all stakeholders while personalizing the support.

In addition to the Professional Learning Schedule, I would utilize this Padlet as one form of communication to support continuous improvement standards for coaches.
