I appreciate the patience of all of you. We actually we're able to start playing out ideas and get feedback. This helps in making our week more valuable, constructive and relavant. My only issue of today, which I have in general, so it's not personal, is the diversity part. There is some value in it, but even into the presentation of it, there were obvious bias and assumptions, such as if you're white and male, you're privileged. You assumed people felt and should be guilty. Also the practice and view of reverse racism wasn't addressed. If you're going to present, make it more balanced or really just focus on the best individual teaching which should encompass additional aspects of a person.
