Today we reflected on the 8 key competences of communication. There was a deep discussion on these topics.
The afternoon session was fullfilled with creativity, collaborative work and effective communication.
It was very exciting to start this creative process.

In session 3 we analysed and reflected about the 8 key competences of communication. For a better and effective communication we should consider eye contact, active listening, responding, feedback and clear message... We discussed about types of communication and three levels of communication.
The mosaic session was very important in the way we practiced the mosaic technics and tools taking into account every partner's work, in order we achieve effective communication.
I loved the mosaic creativity.

In today's session we talked about the main competences of effective communication and tried to connect them with certain needs and circumstances, sharing our own experiences and perspectives as well. Afterwards we worked hard to our mosaic, trying to communicate with our colleagues and make a piece of art, consisting of different pieces in a kind of connection between them. More difficult than it sounds!

Today we passed through all eight EU competences and tried to connect them with our own experiences. As well as the communication pyramid. The more you learn the more confused you feel about communication effectiveness.
The second session was the construction of our mosaic part. Hard but fullfiling.

Today I learned...

about the EU's eight competences for lifelong learning and their importance.

We did an exercise relating communication to the eight competencies and saw the importance of effective communication to succeed in each of the eight competencies. In the afternoon session, we started to practice our communication and creativity... we took the opportunity to practice collaborative work and as a group we started to collage our mosaics in the artistic composition that we all agreed on.

In this session, I learned the eight communication skills.
Communication will help us to be successful in each key competence, defined by the European Union, and to overcome obstacles that arise in our daily lives and in our society.
In the afternoon, we planned as a group and started a mosaic for the decoration of a round table. I'm really enjoying this experience.

Today we discussed about the eight key competences which we owe to develope to our students for personal fulfillment and development, active citizenship, social inclusion and employment. We discussed as well as the ways that the educational system of our countries provides them.
The mosaic project has made us passionate!!!!

Today I learned...
During the morning, we discussed and deepened the key competences of the EU for education and the importance of acquiring them for successful communication.
In the afternoon, we started to organize ideas and prepare the best communication strategy, building an artistic design that involves the entire team.

In this session, I learned that communication will help us acquire the eight key competences defined by the European Union. Communication is an effective tool to develop these skills and to overcome certain constraints that arise throughout life. In the afternoon shift, we started the project to build Mosaics to decorate a round table. As a team, we plan the colors, shapes and images to be worked on. I was very excited to start this creative experience and to learn the techniques that will be applied.
