         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>I believe this part of the constitution is relevant today.  One reason is that you don’t want 1 person to overpower. We do not want an unjust ruler. Having 3 branches prevents overpower from 1 branch.People need to make agreements.  Making compromises still happens today and it's relevant. </strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe the constitution is still relevant because it gives the people an opportunity to say what they feel. The reason why the citizens is to do the bill of rights. For example Amendment 1 states is very much alive today and it gives freedom of speech.  The preamble is very mush still relevant today because " We The People",  that's how the United States was created and is till important today.</div>]]></description>
