Gasification stage</p><p>Principle: Under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure and lack of oxygen, coal undergoes gasification reactions to generate a gas mainly containing carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H₂), that is, syngas.</p><p>Technical routes:</p><p>Fixed bed gasification: The coal is placed in the gasifier, and the heat generated by combustion causes the coal to have gasification reactions.</p><p>Fluidized bed gasification: The coal and the gasifying agent carry out gas-solid fluidization reactions in the gasifier.</p><p>Pulverized coal gasification: Pulverized coal and the gasifying agent carry out gas-solid reactions in the gasifier.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Case Two: "Coal-to-Gas" Project in a Large Pig Farm in Sanmenxia, Henan Province, Later Converted to Air Source Heat Pump</p><p><br></p><p>Location: A large pig farm in Shanzhou District, Sanmenxia, Henan Province</p><p>Date: The "coal-to-gas" project was implemented in 2016 and later converted to an air source heat pump in 2017</p><p>Heating Area: Approximately 5,600 square meters</p><p><br></p><p>Implementation:</p><p><br></p><p>Initial Renovation: Converted the coal-fired boiler to a gas-fired boiler, but the operating cost was high, approaching 400,000 yuan per heating season.</p><p>Follow-up Renovation: Due to high and unstable gas prices, the decision was made to switch to an air source heat pump for heating. The project was equipped with 5 ultra-low-temperature air source heat pump heating units with a total power of 104.25 KW.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
