Dr. Hopkins is definitely an influencer because he speaks behavioral change into the lives of these people even when he knows there is no ultimate cure for these people. He influences the people to change their behavior and by doing so, he has already eliminated 2/3 of the infection.

Utterly disgust me. BUT, with the big idea here-- HOW AMAZING! This shows the power of behavioral change! Very little scientific or monetary resources, yet such a huge impact just by changing people's behaviors-- which lines up with everything we've been reading in our assigned class books.

This story shows the ability that people have to change behaviors by simply educating others. I also think that it's interesting that behavioral change won't happen overnight, but it is possible to make behavioral changes.
