Latitude is the distance from the equator. The Black Sea is closer to the equator so it will get more sunlight than the top of Eurasia which is near the North Pole. With water, if the country is close to the water it will affect the climate of the country greatly. Countries that are near the black sea will be warm because of the winds that blow off from it. Lastly with elevation, if the countries have a lot of mountains it will be colder the higher you go. Take Mt.
