In part 2 how can I identify the action and reaction by word?

The picture shows an action and reaction force- the action is the one that takes place first, the reaction is the equal and opposite of the first force.

For example, in the first picture, an athlete throws a medicine ball. That would be the first force applied, the action. So the action is the athlete pushes the medicine ball.

The reaction is an equal force in the opposite direction, so the reaction is that the medicine ball pushes the athlete back.
