         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Integrating instructional and intervention support so that systemic changes are sustainable and based on CCSS-aligned classroom instruction"<br><br>That instruction and assignments in the classroom are not one size and set in stone fits all is a good thing to keep in mind. This has changed the way I look at lesson planning so that now I am more considering that the students the activities are for will have a range of ability levels in addition to being individually stronger at particular learning styles.<br>It means being a flexible teacher and providing appropriate levels of help so that the most students can do their best. </div>]]></description>
