My little brother has been able to deal with stress in a lot of different ways. He took a lot of tests all the time. Stress made him think about all his tests, which made him stressed out about everything. For eight months in his last year of school, he was stressed. It used to be that he didn't do well on three tests back then. They were in math, physics, and chemistry. When he failed, this made him very stressed out about failing again. Finally, he decided to deal with the stress so that he could pass the final exams. First, he began to eat healthy food and get enough sleep. Then he made a schedule for when he could study. His time was set up so that it was easy for him to study hard. Also, he decided to do some exercises. For example, every day for an hour, he did push-up exercises in his room to overcome stress. Finally, he was able to get over his stress and pass all his tests. To sum up, my brother was able to get over his stress in a lot of effective ways.

In our opinion, your feeling of stress is the result of your negative thoughts, and to get rid of this feeling, you must change these thoughts from negative to positive for several things. First Positive thinking is important in human life as he can face life with balance and make appropriate choices. Secondly, a person becomes more flexible and accepting of life and the problems that any human being has. Third: Positive thinking gives a person stability and happiness because his goals are achieved due to his distance from negative thoughts that can hinder a person. Positive thinking is one of the most important and successful options, because it is a long-term approach. When the minds look at everything that is going on around him, whether it is sadness or joy in an optimistic way, the person overcomes the negative life as he leaves stress and becomes more bold in facing his responsibilities. And the fear he feels turns into safety. Man learns not to be careless and hesitant, but to be confident and more in control of his time and management of his life, and thus success and happiness in his life are achieved through his achievements.
