The change they are trying to do is make everyone feel safer.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In the Dystopian Elements handout, there are six examples of conflicts the protagonist/main character might got through.  These are not the only conflicts the character might encounter, but just a start.  Identify at least one internal conflict your main character is experiencing.<br><br>Steelheart just got done with a fight and David watched the fight and found something out. Davids dad fought Steelheart and hurt him even though everyone thought he was invincible. David is the only one that knows how to hurt Steelheart he just doesn't have the guts to do it. Page 16 says, "I'm the only one that knows how he got that scar on his cheek." David knows what he has to do.  <br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

It sounds like they are in a biggish town like Chicago, they call it Newcago. On page 22 it says "I watched people pour out of The Reeve House." The Reeve House is very popular where it's at because it's very cheap and it's in a run-down part of Newcago. <br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
